Responsibility of Product Support Engineer:
Post completion of closing order and sales installation from Marketing team.
Product Support Engineer should take it further for product training both on-call and onsite,
also need to support clients in case if any issue/doubt occured while using the application. |
- Resolve technical issues: Product support engineers should try to identify any technical issues clients may face while using our billing software.

Provide ongoing support: Product support engineers work to maintain a smooth workflow with a client's software.
This can include informing a client of the proper use of said software.

Install upgrades: Product support engineers help clients improve their software experience. This can include replacing the current systems with better versions
or downloading and installing software to enhance the performance.

Resolve network issues: Product support engineers can work to troubleshoot the communication issues between two computers.
This can include helping a client through any issues with their connection to the internet.

Systems monitoring: Product support engineers can check the progress of a client's software workflow.
This can be one method they can use to prevent problems before they can occur.
